The upper part resembles a crown, the central part resembles a bell tower, with six bells hanging from sawn windows in the shape of a shield. Around each window is engraved the inscription: ”Holy to God for the sake of the soul of Mor Abi Yosef Halfon, a donation from Avraham Halfon.” ”Who died on the 13th of Tammuz, 1935, will be erected.” This type of pomegranate was common in Sephardic synagogues in the Land of Israel and is stylistically related to earlier pomegranates from Italy and Spain. Height: 34 cm, diameter: 10 cm, very good condition, weight: 865 grams.
