The figure depicted in this statue is Old Grand-Dad, based on the historical figure of the famous 18th century bourbon distiller, Basil Hayden, signed, year 1978, with the foundry's signature on the back of the statue, height: 55 cm. Slight defects to the base, provenance: private collection.
