Item Overview
Description:
A Chinese Porcelain Calligraphic Bowl with Faux Crackle Decoration, Qianlong Mark
A white porcelain bowl featuring an intricate exterior decoration that simulates a segmented, crackle-like pattern in grey/black and reddish-orange/sepia tones, evoking Kintsugi or a topographical map. Extensive calligraphic inscriptions in black ink are interspersed across the body, with visible characters including "夢" (Dream), "古" (Ancient), and a vertical inscription reading "曉月林" (Dawn Moon Forest). The base reveals a blue underglaze four-character mark, which translates to "乾隆年製" (Made in the Qianlong period).
D: Approximately 11.5cm
H: Approximately 6cm
The bowl is in excellent condition, with no visible chips, cracks, or significant wear.
