A Chinese Yongzheng Doucai Bowl, Yongzheng Mark
A Chinese Yongzheng Doucai bowl with a gently everted rim and a slightly tapered foot. The exterior is decorated with a continuous scrolling floral design executed in polychrome enamels, featuring yellow, orange-red, and green blossoms and foliage, outlined in underglaze blue, against a clean white ground, bordered by blue bands at the rim and above the foot. The interior is plain white with a faint celadon tint, centering on a circular medallion enclosing a matching floral motif. The base bears a six-character underglaze blue reign mark reading 大清雍正年製, which translates to "Made in the Great Qing, Yongzheng reign."
