This shallow, circular ceramic bowl or basin is distinguished by a pale yellowish-beige, highly crackled glaze with prominent dark grey fissure lines covering both its interior and exterior surfaces. The vessel features a gently curving body that flares outwards to a wide rim, the edge of which reveals a darker, possibly unglazed or thinly glazed band of the underlying body material.
