A Chinese Celadon-Glazed Molded 'Swirling Motif' Stem Cup, Qianlong Mark - A high-footed stem cup, featuring a wide mouth and a slender, flared foot. The exterior body is adorned with finely molded, subtle relief decoration depicting swirling, stylized motifs under a lustrous, pale celadon glaze that covers the entire piece. An unglazed rim is visible on the underside of the foot, revealing a fine, light-colored body paste. The interior base of the cup bears a four-character molded mark, `乾隆年製` (Qianlong Nián Zhì), which translates to ”Made in the Qianlong Reign.” H: Approximately 11cm Provenance: Private collection based in West London.
