A Chinese Pomegranate-Form Flambé-Glazed Ceramic Vase, Qianlong Mark. - A ceramic object shaped like a pomegranate, featuring a globular body and a distinctive multi-lobed rim mimicking the fruit's calyx. The exterior is adorned with a mottled, textured 'flambé' style reddish-brown glaze, which transitions to lighter beige tones near the foot. The interior and rim are finished with a pale celadon glaze. The unglazed footrim encircles a pale celadon-glazed base, centrally impressed with a red, four-character Chinese seal mark reading 'Qianlong Nian Zhi' (乾隆年製), which translates to 'Made in the Qianlong reign'.
