A Chinese Sang de Boeuf Glazed Porcelain Stem Cup, Yongzheng Mark. - A Chinese porcelain stem cup, possibly attributed to the Yongzheng period. The exterior is covered in a monochrome reddish-brown glaze, commonly known as Sang de Boeuf, while the interior and the recessed foot are finished with a clean white glaze. The form features a flared rim, a tapering body, and a spreading circular foot. The base bears a six-character blue underglaze reign mark reading ”大清雍正年製” (Dà Qīng Yōngzhèng Nián Zhì), which translates to ”Made in the Great Qing Yongzheng period.” H: Approximately 6cm Provenance: Private collection based in West London.
