A Chinese Doucai Porcelain 'Dragon' Dish. - A Chinese Doucai Porcelain 'Dragon' Dish. This octagonal, fluted shallow bowl or deep dish is crafted from white porcelain or fine ceramic and decorated with polychrome enamels. The interior center depicts a vibrant green-scaled dragon with an orange head, red mane, and red flame-like elements, surrounded by blue and yellow cloud motifs. The exterior sides similarly feature repeating dragon and cloud designs in green, blue, red, and yellow enamels against the white ground.
