A Chinese Imperial Yellow-Glazed Porcelain Bowl, Chenghua Mark. - A round, footed porcelain bowl bearing an underglaze blue six-character reign mark '大明成化年製' (Dà Míng Chénghuà Nián Zhì) to the base, which translates to 'Made in the Chenghua reign of the Great Ming dynasty.' The exterior of the bowl is finished with a vibrant imperial yellow glaze. The interior features a pale celadon-white glaze, centrally decorated with an underglaze blue coiled dragon.
