A Mesopotamian-Style Silver-Inlaid Bronze Axe Head with Female Deity Relief, Possibly 3rd Millennium BC. A sculptural bronze axe head featuring a front-facing female figure rendered in high relief, shown with elongated limbs, a flared skirt, and raised arms that frame a circular socket above her head. The face is stylised with almond-shaped eyes, a narrow nose, and incised detailing around the hair, continuing around the rim of the socket. Both sides of the handle are embellished with symmetrical patterns and carved faces.
