An Islamic Brass Silver-Inlaid Spherical Lidded Box. A spherical lidded box composed of brass with silver-inlaid decoration, featuring an all-over design of repeating geometric patterns and circular pierced medallions. The medallions display seated human figures surrounded by openwork floral motifs. A continuous band of engraved Arabic script encircles both the upper and lower halves of the sphere.
