A Kashmiri Lacquer Qalamdan Pen Box, 19th Century. A rectangular Kashmiri lacquer qalamdan featuring a domed lid painted in dense floral motifs against a dark ground, accented with a red and gold decorative border along the upper edge. The exterior displays repeated sprays of small yellow and orange blossoms intertwined across all sides. Approximately 6.3 x 30.5 x 8cm (hxlxw) Provenance: Property from the estate of a distinguished private collector (deceased); assembled between the 1970s and 2024.
