A Qajar Pierced Copper and Brass Kashkul Beggar's Bowl, 19th Century. - An oval-form Islamic kashkul beggar’s bowl crafted from brass, richly decorated across its surface with dense, finely worked floral motifs arranged in continuous fields. The exterior is encircled by a prominent horizontal band of Arabic calligraphy executed in raised script, visually separating the upper and lower decorative zones. Circular cartouches and floral roundels punctuate the surface, adding rhythmic balance to the overall design.
