A PERSIAN QAJAR OR ZAND TALISMANIC SILVER PLAQUE. - A circular silver plaque featuring a scalloped edge and a slightly domed profile. The obverse is intricately hand-engraved with a central calligram in the form of a humped camel, where the body of the animal is formed by Arabic script. A circular medallion featuring an anthropomorphic sun face with radiating lines is positioned on the camel's back. The surrounding decorative field and concentric borders contain further Arabic calligraphy, interspersed with geometric zigzag and scrolling patterns.  D: Approximately 7.7cm 23.7g
