Thus the collections of two generations are combined in one home. The quality and quantity of their collection is immense, and as such this sale will be PART II of the sell off. Peter Bernard was a notable local attorney, an avid sportsman, and an illustrious Freemason, rising to serve as Grand Master for the Grand Lodge of the State of Louisiana. Peter's wife Jeanne Bernard, was a great hostess and loved fine fashion. Together, they were world travelers, and brought many treasures home. Their daughter, Susan, was notably involved in the local Rose Society and a boutique owner offering jewelry and whimsical decor objects. The mix of items in this estate auction is eclectic and there's something for everyone, in all price ranges.
