The print represents the scenography designed by Francesco Guitti, an architect, set designer and engraver, who created this theatrical set on the occasion of the carnival of 1638 in Ferrara, for the cantata composed by Ascanio Pio di Savoia with music by Michelangelo Rossi (1602-1656). Well preserved impression, sheet with non-homogeneous margins and usual publication folds.
