A PAIR OF LARGE AND IMPORTANT PORCELAIN VASES WITH POLYCHROME DECORATION China, Qing dynasty, 19th century The two vases with a circular base supporting an ovoid body surmounted by a long cylindrical neck with a wide rim of the mouth, the fine decoration consisting on the body and in the lower neck area of a landscape with large flowering shoots, on the shoulder a drape in accentuated relief and decorated with flowers and geometric motifs which on one side partially frames a large oval medallion with dancing female figures, the polychrome enamels applied over the transparent glaze. 75 x 25 cm each Provenance: Italian private collection.
