18K hunter cas case, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, seconds at the bottom. Movement with anchor escapement and remontoir winding. Hallmarked Geneva, Switzerland. The inner case bears the inscription: ""N° 105572 - Fabricado especialmente para el General Josè Dolores Rios - por - Patek Philippe Y C"". General José Dolores Rios (Ciales, Puerto Rico 1843 - N415) Diameter: 5 mm. Weight: 105.5 g. Item condition grading: **** good.
Although it seems in working order, it could need a minor overhauling and/or control before use.
