Jacques Callot (1592 - 1635) Based on - Contemporary copy after Jacques Callot. Etching, 126 x 232 mm (plate), 252 x 337 mm (sheet). Not in Lieure. A fine example printed with strong contrast on laid paper with a watermark (Coat of Arms with letter F on three mountains), datable to the 17th century. Wide margins beyond the platemark. Sheet with some traces of scattered foxing and some very light stains, but overall in very good condition.
