N. 19 brilliant-cut diamonds, n. 09 trapezoidal and rectangular diamonds and n. 06 navette-shaped diamonds, estimated total weight approx. 4.20 ct, colour E-F, clarity VVS-VS; n. 08 teardrop-shaped rubies estimated to weight a total of approx. 2.40 ct.  Dimensions: 5.5 x 3.5 x 2 cm.
