Jan (Johannes) Sadeler (1550 - 1600) - Frontispiece of a series of the Seven Planets, after Maarten de Vos. Engraving, 242 x 246 mm. Hollstein 517. Very fine impression on laid paper. Sheet with a small margin of about 1 mm on three sides, trimmed to the platemark on the lower side and lacking a small part of the white margin with the place and date of printing. A small number 10 in brown ink in the lower left. The print is in very good condition, but has not been examined outside the frame (50 × 60 × 2 cm).
