Ottavio Leoni (1578 - 1630) - Etching, 144 x 110 mm (plate), 280 x 197 mm and 232 x 170 mm (sheet). Set of two prints: first state, avant la lettre, and second state with added inscriptions (not in Bartsch). Bartsch XVII.249.7. The first state printed on a portion of laid paper without watermark. Sheet with wide margins, in good condition except for scattered foxing. The second state printed on laid paper with a fragment of watermark. Sheet with wide margins, in very good condition except for two tape stains along the upper margin and very slight browning.
