Edition published by Piranesi himself. Hind 7. Superb impression with strong tones and wide preserved margins, printed on laid paper with a double watermark (FIN T DUPUY AUVERGNE 1742 and a dovecote). Trace of the usual editorial fold, a light stain in the lower area, and a few small tears along the margins. On the verso, marks from old tape. Overall in excellent condition.
