The rim is finished along the outer edge with a thin, elegant fillet moulding. 800/1000 silver, hallmarked ”800 – 1 AL”, the silversmith CESA, Alessandria.  It also bears the Cima mark, a renowned Italian manufacturer founded in 1935.
