A STS-135 mission Flown Astronaut Rescue Patch flown on the final Space Shuttle mission of the program. This KSC Fire Department Rescue Patch was flown by Mission Commander Chris Ferguson and is numbered #21/28. It has been hand signed by Chris Ferguson and framed to an overall size 15” x 18”. It is in near mint condition.
