This finely detailed plate forms part of the “Cries of London” series, inspired by 18th-century street vendors of London. The central scene depicts a man and woman with a dog, titled “Who’ll Buy My Lavender”, surrounded by a royal blue and gold border with intricate gilded accents. Though this example bears no visible backstamp, the design and craftsmanship are characteristic of Josef Kuba’s decorative porcelain from the mid-20th century.
