KIRSHEHIR RUG FROM ANATOLIA, 19TH/20TH CENTURY WITH 3.08 SQM - Rare and vintage hand-woven Turkish rug made of 100% natural high-quality wool on a cotton base, using natural dyes. Fine knot. Characterized by its vibrant colors and tribal geometric patterns with a diamond-shaped central medallion on a colorful field (purple and green), surrounded by decorative borders with a serpentine pattern. Dimensions: 223x138 cm. Excellent condition. Note: Identical rugs (this being a unique piece) fetch values between €1800 and €2600 in the specialty market, depending on their state of conservation.
