KAZAK SOUMAK (OVER 180 YEARS OLD) 4.04 SQM - Ancient Persian relic (1840s) in a rare 'square' format, hand-woven (knot by knot) with fine pure wool on a cotton base. Flat and soft texture. Antique seal. Design features large, complex central geometric medallions with nomadic symbolism and detailed borders. Due to the organic dyes used, it displays natural color variations with a unique palette of navy blue, beige, brown, and vibrant touches of orange or terracotta. Dimensions: 200x202cm. Note: Significant signs of wear, edges... common in authentic examples from the period. Collector's item.
