PEDRO OLAYO (SON) (1930-2017) - ”BEACH SCENE WITH FIGURES” - Oil on canvas painting signed on both sides: signed in the lower right corner and on the reverse of the canvas with the artist's handwritten signature and handwritten indication of the work's title: ”Praia Vieira de Leiria”. Metal identification plate of the author fixed on the front of the frame. A markedly impressionistic work, representative of the virtuosity of the Portuguese Spatula School by Pedro Olayo Filho. The composition (rare for this artist) captures the dynamic movement of holidaymakers on the emblematic Praia da Vieira.
