19TH CENTURY ANGLO-INDIAN OCTAGONAL TABLE - Antique noble wood coffee table in Hoshiarpur style, Punjab (India) from the British Raj period of the 19th century. Of undeniable beauty, this table stands out for its intricate marquetry (jali) work, with hand-carved openwork panels and decorated legs that elevate the top. The top displays a profuse handcrafted inlay of bone/ivory, forming stylized geometric designs, arabesques, and floral motifs organized around a large central star.
