SCULPTURAL PIECE - Vertical composition with a mask-like appearance: an elongated base with a geometric front, triangular openings, and traces of white pigment over a dark patina. The top integrates a figurative core with two opposite heads and small tied lateral figures, surmounted by a painted cruciform structure with quadrangular terminals. Made from diverse materials, it presents distinct textures, inlays, and white polychromy with dark spots, emphasizing the contrast between volumes and planes. It exhibits characteristics that may refer to traditions of the western Sahel, possibly related to the Dogon formal lexicon.
