HEAD - Sculptural head in metallic alloy, with frontal volumes and a cylindrical neck, crowned by a high textured diadem with a spherical finial and a pinnacle. Features defined by fine incisions, almond-shaped eyes, and a closed mouth confer a serene expression; golden patina and areas of greenish oxidation persist. Ears with small lateral appendages and two visible holes at the base. The piece exhibits characteristics that may refer to West African traditions, possibly related to the courtly repertoire of Benin.
