The face, with half-closed eyes, triangular nose, and prominent lips, is crowned by an elaborate coiffure in two curved volumes; pendant breasts and incisions on the torso and limbs structure the surface. Necklaces at the neck and waist emphasize the verticality and balance of the composition. It exhibits characteristics that may refer to West African traditions.
