Face with a contained expression, half-closed eyelids and a protruding mouth with indications of teeth; soft volumes and worn surfaces. Executed in various materials, it reveals a marked patina, abrasions and losses, especially on the upper edge. At the back, mesh and cords can be observed that may have served for fixation, exhibiting characteristics that may refer to African performative contexts.
