MASK - Anthropomorphic mask in wood with fibers and fabric, with an oval face and contained expression, with half-closed slit eyes, a triangular nose, and a small, slightly open mouth; two perforations in the septum and visible side orifices. The headdress of braided fibers wraps around the upper part of the head. Whitish surface with heterogeneous patina, abrasions, and darkened areas that enhance the modeling. The morphology and formal treatment may be similar to productions from Central Africa.
