VINTAGE BLUE AND WHITE ”SWIRL” BLOWN GLASS VASE - EMPOLI/MURANO STYLE, c.1970/80 - Elegant decorative vase from the second half of the 20th century, made of hand-blown art glass, featuring a robust, bulbous opaline body in a milky white tone that dynamically contrasts with a spiral line (swirl) pattern in vibrant cobalt blue. The piece is distinguished by its fluid profile, elongated neck, and slightly flared rim, displaying the characteristic polished pontil on the base that attests to its artisanal manufacture, in a retro aesthetic strongly associated with Italian glass production from the Empoli and Murano regions.
