KAZAK RUG WITH TRIBAL DESIGN AND ORIGIN SEAL (2.55 m²) - Important example of a handmade Kazak rug, wool on wool, featuring the characteristic and vigorous geometric design of the Caucasian tradition. The central field, in a striking salmon-red hue obtained through vegetable dyes, is decorated with three prominent shield-shaped central medallions ornamented in vibrant shades of blue, ivory, and hints of green and yellow. The piece is framed by a richly detailed triple geometric border and finished with light cotton fringes at the ends. It retains the original lead export/customs seal on the side edging, attesting to its provenance and authenticity.
