SCULPTURAL GROUP - Female figure in wood, seated on a circular base, with arms raised holding a bowl; two small companions flank the legs. Surface with a whitish patina and geometric motifs painted in red and black, prominent eyes, a central crest, and incised body marks that emphasize the volumes. The maternal composition with a raised bowl and the painted decoration may resemble the sculptural tradition of southeastern Nigeria; this hypothesis cannot be confirmed by photographs alone.
