Bidspirit auction | MALE FIGURE

MALE FIGURE - Male figure in metal alloy, with an elongated tubular body and separate legs resting on flat bases. The face is stylized, with a prominent nose, slightly open mouth, detached ears, and a crest in the hairstyle; thin arms descend alongside the torso. Darkened surface, with irregular patina and areas of wear highlighting the volumes. Due to the block-like treatment of the legs and general stylization, it may resemble the sculptural tradition of the Mossi, a hypothesis not confirmable by photographs alone.
