STANDING FIGURE - Anthropomorphic wooden figure, standing on a base, with frontal composition and marked presence: face with globular eyes and a half-open mouth with carved teeth, a crown with two horns, and a body adorned with sculpted belts and necklaces. It wields a conical staff in one hand and holds a small head in the other, adding narrative tension to the piece. Heterogeneous patina, with faded areas and light deposits in the recesses. The combination of horns, staff, and adornments may suggest a link to the sculptural tradition of Central Africa, a hypothesis that cannot be confirmed solely by photographs.
