ANTHROPOMORPHIC FIGURE - Anthropomorphic wooden figure, with a full body and frontal posture, hands raised to the chest and accentuated genitalia; broad feet with individualized toes and small hoops on the ankles. Face marked by half-closed eyes and an open mouth with visible teeth, accompanied by relief scarifications on the torso. Notable architectural hairstyle, with a striated central crest and voluminous lateral appendages in the shape of a volute. Dark and lustrous patina, with handling marks; due to its formal characteristics, it may approach a West African sculptural tradition, a hypothesis not confirmable by photographs alone.
