BLADE WITH HILT - Piece made of various materials, with a sculptural presence, featuring an elongated blade that opens into a fork with curved tips, integrating two spiral scrolls in the gap. The hilt, with a conical profile, is wrapped in fine braiding and culminates in a hammered discoidal pommel. Homogeneous patina and signs of oxidation accentuate the texture and character of the piece. Its morphology might resemble the sculptural tradition of certain Central African blades, a hypothesis not confirmable solely by photographs.
