HEAD - Head sculpture in metal alloy, with a warm tone, irregular patina, and polished areas, resting on a quadrangular plinth with friezes and a reticulated panel. The frontal face, with incised gaze and full mouth, rises on a ringed cylindrical neck that accentuates verticality. The tall conical headdress, profusely textured and with pendant elements, dominates the composition. The piece has characteristics that may refer to the Edo/Benin tradition, namely the ringed neck, solemn frontality, and elevated headdress.
