POLYCHROME PLAQUE - Elongated wooden plaque, with a slightly convex cross-section and rounded ends. The surface shows a marked patina and painted decoration: a central red disc from which triangular bands radiate, defined by rows of dark dots, in a strictly symmetrical composition. It exhibits characteristics that may refer to Australian Aboriginal traditions, due to the plaque form, earthy coloration, and repeated use of pointillism.
