STATUETTE - Anthropomorphic figure in wood, standing, arms close to the body and legs slightly apart, with compact volumes and a prominent head. Schematic facial features, half-closed eyes, and crested hair; surface marked by geometric incisions on the torso and shoulders, including diamond patterns and motifs suggesting scarifications. Brown patina, with wear on the protrusions and areas of handling. The combination of the voluminous head, linear marks, and hairstyle may refer to Yoruba traditions of West Africa.
