HYBRID FIGURE - Sculpture in various materials representing a kneeling anthropozoomorphic figure, with raised arms, tubular snout, and protruding tongue. The torso displays a scaled back and claws, terminating in a voluminous openwork upper adornment, from which hangs a band of polychrome beads. Surfaces alternate polished and textured areas, with a brownish patina that accentuates the modeling and reliefs. It presents characteristics that may refer to Central-West African productions, due to the elaborate headdress, the hieratic attitude, and the use of beads.
