Bidspirit auction | EQUESTRIAN GROUP

EQUESTRIAN GROUP - Equestrian figure in metal alloy, with three riders with cylindrical bodies and stylized heads, mounted on a horse with slender legs and braided mane. The surface shows applied wires, spiral motifs, and geometric incisions; cord reins and dark patina with brownish nuances. Due to its formal solutions — elongated volumes, wire and spiral decoration, and tubular modeling — it presents characteristics that may refer to Dhokra traditions from central India (Bastar/Chhattisgarh).
