Side table with a gilt bronze dragon wrapped around one edge of the top, which is carved with a bamboo motif and accented with inlaid mother of pearl. Openwork apron with inset bronze plaques, each leg mounted with a bronze Fu lion mask and having bronze paw feet. Stepped asymmetrical shelves to the interior of the table. From the Estate of Horst Rechelbacher, founder of Aveda and well known collector of rare objects. Approx. 26-1/2” x 16-1/2” x 35”.
