MIGUEL POU Seascape Painting - Oil on canvas scene with a palm tree over a moonlit water, signed lower left corner ”M. Pou, ” by artist Miguel Pou (Puerto Rican, 1880-1968), with ”P.R.” for Puerto Rico, and dated 1926. Influenced deeply by the Impressionists, Pou is considered to be one of Puerto Rico's most important artists. During his lifetime, he exhibited in 64 shows, of which 17 were solo, and won five gold medals. Metal frame measures 20-1/2” x 15-1/2”. This item can be shipped in-house.
